Digital Downloads
Digital Downloads are available immediately upon payment via our shopping cart. Digital downloads are only available through our shopping cart purchase.Before opting for the digital download option, please insure you are comfortable with downloading zip archives from the Internet. ATI does not offer refunds on digital downloads. Upon purchase a digital download from our shopping cart, you will receive a download link for your product.
When downloading textbooks, be sure to turn off any extra applications you may have running on your computer. This might include spyware software, anti-virus (you can scan the document after download), internet browsers, pear-to-peer downloads, etc...
Having too many applications can cause a problem with your computer's ability to fully download the document and may result in a corrupted zip file.
To download your product:
- Press ENTER on the link
- A save file dialog will open. Listen carefully to the name of the file. This will help you locate it once you download it to your computer
- In the save file dialog, select the "Save" button and press SPACEBAR
The document will download to the default folder on your computer. If you've made no changes to your system, it will download to your desktop.
Once the download is complete, focus on the Desktop (WINDOWS KEY-D) and press ENTER on the zip archive.
The Windows Extraction dialog will open. The default path will be your desktop. Since the documents in the archive are in a folder, press ENTER to accept the default path.
The textbook will be unzipped and placed in a folder on your desktop. Once again, focus on the folder on your desktop and press ENTER.
Activate the index.html document within the folder to access the textbook contents.
The contents of the folder can also be burned to CD or DVD. When inserted in a drive, the disk will auto run.
Before downloading your textbook, you may wish to practice the above steps. Try downloading this sample Document. Once you are comfortable with downloading documents, you are ready to purchase a digital download from ATI!
